Cook’s in the Royal Palms Hotel in Phoenix, Arizona. Lee has worked with famed European chefs Albert and Michel Roux, and his vast experience includes creating award-winning recipes at some of Europe and America’s great restaurants. His philosophy of making cooking fun and easy – by creating what you like and using local ingredients when possible – will be evident as he offers intimate, hands-on classes to our program’s participants. Lee’s knowledge of local Mediterranean cuisine will also be the core of private cooking demonstrations and special recipes that he will share as you sail to the Mediterranean’s most exotic and food-rich regions.
