While Elan Travel may be able to assist you in acquiring this information, we are not responsible if improper documentation results in denied boarding or entry. Air Travel Check In and Reconfirmation:
Minimum check in times for domestic flights is 2 hours and for international flights 3 hours
Please reconfirm your flights 24 hours prior to departure for domestic flight. For international flights reconfirm 72 hours prior.

Airline Ticket Changes and Cancellations: Most discount fares involve certain restrictions. Contact your travel consultant or the appropriate airline for information on your specific ticket.

Hotel Reservations: Hotels are usually confirmed on a guaranteed payment basis. If you cancel or change plans, notify your hotel(s) within the time period specified by that hotel.

Cancellation fees: In addition to the cancellation fees charged by the travel suppliers, Elan Travel will assess a $50.00 per person cancellation penalty for cancellation of cruises and tours.

Elan Travel Fees: Service and transaction fees are charged separate from other charges.
